so hi :] i write poems sometimes for fun. i'm afraid to show it to my friends. tell me what you think?



sorry escapes your lips
just a little too fast
once the bottles are emptied
and you're far past done
i see through your lies boy
i misstook infatuation for love
sun rises in a not so innocent heart
hiding behind your smile
but your eyes, gleaming and true
tell a different story
you're falling harder than me
taste your own medicine
sinfull and sweet becomes bitter poison
choking with every sip
just take another pill now
fall fast into sleep
stumble through the drunken darkness
pray for what morning dew brings
find your own way
you've lost me for good
