It sounds like that's their problem, not yours.

Rules are sometimes good for nothing but restricting freedom...

As for normality, who the hell needs it?

And about being nobody... Remind them that they're only one person out of 6.6 billion humans, and noone really gives a damn about them. Sure they might have a job, but only maybe 1 or 2 hundred people have heard of them, or even care.
