What to do, what to do

What to do, what to do

by ShyGirl on 09-29-2008 4:00 pm

I'm not so much asking for advice, but i put this here just to be safe.

Have you ever felt like a friend is just using you?

In my case: Said friend and I have known each other since we were little. We still talk, but sometimes it feels like they talk to me more when they needs something. I've noticed this on more than one occasion. I rarely say no. Does this person see me as a pushover, even though we're friends?

Opinions?
I'm so sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Yes, I have felt like a friend was using me.
...Actually friendS and in most cases they are.
& Yeah, your friends does seem like a pushover.
I'd recommened talking to her about it, tell her how you feel and maybe that you need some space from her.
(I think you need some space, but thats just me)
Than walk away and let everything shink in and when you guys are ready you can start hanging out again if you want to.

Kay, learn to spell/use grammar a bit better, no offense.

Anyway, we're close, always have been. I don't think I need a break from her. It's just in the past year or so I've noticed this. I've been called too nice. I've gotten a lot better at saying no though. I was just curious as to whether she sees me as a pushover or not.

Tell them to shut the fuck up and stop being so codependent.

Yep. I've been used. Thing is, if I stop being friends with him he could turn half of our grade against me and my friends. No wait..he can't, everyone hates him. I guess I'll deal with him until high school. I hate codependent people. Almost as much as I hate people who like a band just because the frontman looks good.(Tokio Hotel, MCR, FOB etc) And I hate that a lot. I've decided to stop listening to people all together. Just ignore her and tell her you don't give a fuck.(if you don't want to be friends with her anymore, anyway)
I conformed and started reading the Twilight series, pity me.

^^ Unplugged is a grammar nazi and pointed out that it should be "than" instead of "then", and then told me that the Dutch should be the world's teachers.

I'd turn the tables.... go to her if u need something (even if its not really a big deal). if friendship works both ways, she'd be happy to help you out. if not, then...i might question that she's using u more than being a friend
