Well... I can't really dance at all 
Except for those really odd dances I do when I'm happy xD But I will absolutely dance to "We'll never Get That Far" by The Black Year. They're a young australian band you've probaly never heard of. Australia seems to have some of the best bands, in my opinion.

Uh..For me, its anything thats really fast-paced and fun to sing along to.
