i cant ever seem to find any good eyeliners they all run and its annoying help ps!!!

both. they never seen to work and the liquid stings sooo bad!!
but the pencil is the worst and i prefer using pencils because the liquid hurts

Try Maybelline Unstoppable. It's not waterproof but It definitely doesn't run.

does it sting? i got mine at the asian hair store and i fear im gonna go blind everytime i put it on cus it gets into my eyes and stings bad

Then dont use liquid..Where do you put it on at that causes it to do that?
Btw, I cant find the brand that I use. The brand name got scraped to the point that I cant read it.

u think it will still be in stock at ht?
i dunno why it enters i use it how i use an eyeliner make a straight line and i dab it to before i make the line so it wont be excess but it still manages to get in my eye. like i literally have black eye balls or stains of dark color in my eye

if your liquid liner hurts
its cause of your skin,
dont worry though wait 5 minutes and after that the liner dosent hurt it takes
time to get used to
As for pencil liner, i recommend the liner that has a plastic case rather then wood.
(i forgot what its called)
that way you dont have to sharpen the pencil, and the point dosent poke your eye

Learn how to put on eyeliner so you don't get it into your eyes. That's damaging to your eyes.
Anyway, it's actually more about the base than the brand of eyeliner. If you apply eyeliner on your eyelid without anything underneath, it will smudge, because your skin gets warm and sweat and stuff. Foundation and powder is a great base, and if you wear eyeshadow, primer might be a good thing, too.
