uploading pictures

ok i have never had this issue before but when i go to upload a picture or even change the picture on my profile it goes to the "internet explorer cannot open this page" so is it the site or my computer cause it is only doing it with this site

Check the file size, see if making it small and than uploading works

EDIT: another thing while i am here, how do you upload an image as a post on the Forum that is from a computer file (not the internet) i have never been able to work that one out

you cant.
to post pics on the forum, they must be uploaded to the internet
