I decided not to buy it, because of the puffy-ness (as I said, I think I look a little too much like a muffin and since some of you agreed..yeah).
However, I will keep on looking for a high-waisted skirt (because I do love them), but one that is less puffy and a little shorter ;D
I forgot to write that you could take off these... suspender things. It looked a little better without them, but my pic strangely disappeared.
I found it at H&M. It was pretty cheap, about $27.

It's actually a very nice style, but it would look a thousand times better if it were a pencil skirt without the straps.
