There is this new kid at my school he is bigger and stronger than me. He beat up my friend on his first day at my school. He cusses way to much. He is a freshman who walks around pushing seniors . and he is just plane grotesque. The worst part is he hates emos and he wants to kill me. im scared to go to school wat should i do

tell a damn parent! He can go to jail if you didn't already know. If your parents ignore you, make them notice. Even scream at them. That's what I did when I hadproblems at school, but with physical bullying, I beat them up instead.

no! sometimes you just have to go through a hard time fighting for yourself, don't be scared to him, and most of all don't mess things up in your education coz education really leads you to a really good life. Maybe sometimes you'll have to fight him, but without pain you'll never going to rise up again and win nothing.

ok i got an idea. ill tell my parents and have them go to the principals office. then when they send him down and he gets suspended or expelled ill punch him when no1 is looking. But i probbally am gonna get a restraining order

No. Don't fight him. Look, I bullied the shit out of kids, and my friends were twice as bad as I was. You will lose and badly if you try and pick a fight with this kid. Either through having the shit kicked out of you by someone or him just going to the principal, you will lose. Don't risk it. And do NOT bring a weapon to school. It's not worth the risk.
He just wants to get a rise out of you, even if that takes hurting you. Just ignore him, and it becomes less fun for him to pick on you. Or tell an adult.

Tell your parents and get the police involved if you have to.

look forget what everyone has said trust me on this the only way to get him to leavre you alone is to stand up for yourself, if he starts on you then beat the crap out of him, or just walk away and dont pay attention to him, he'll soon start to leave you alone cuz your showing you dont care about it and he'll have to find someone else to bully
