What are yalls opinions on religions. Nothing against the Jews but the did have the Bible for so many years..how do we know they didnt change what they wanted to. I think it is just a test of faith.

Religion realy is just an excuse to get people to act a certain way
with a differwent culture comes a different religion
some stricter cultures plan marriages,
other believe you hould find a significant other on your own
the only good thing about religion is that it gives us morals to live by
for example the ten commandments
thou shal not kill
that's a good one
but the whole aspect of praising a certain being
or spirit i think is rediculous
there is no spirit listening to your prayers
jesus doesn't care if you believe in him
that was all just created
so that the church would have more power
and be able to manipulate the people
for some religions anyways
i believe that there are certain things worth believing in
like life after death
wether it we in some other state or in earth again
because without that this life that we lead
would be pointless and worthless

Religion is a way of controlling the masses. It only sets guidelines to follow to keep people doing the right thing. Do Good go to heaven, do bad go to hell.

Faith based on anything other than something that you believe to be true, bu t cannot see is not faith. Faith is blind.
I hold partially onto my religion and do not think of it as manipulative. Because you get to choose your religion. Free will is the test.

I don't believe in religions of such.
How do we know that the bible wasn't written by a bias person who only thought about him/her self, and made everyone follow after their lead?
As for religious figures, I don't know? They could've just been smoking something good back then that made them hallucinate and such.

Buddhism is as much as a religion as Christianity, Catholics, Mormons, you name it. If it has a god, its a religion... unless your doing black magic.

Buddhism is more a spiritual philosophy/belief than a religion, as it DOESN'T have a god. Buddha = enlightened one, not god.
