I did have lip pierced but I took it out, it got in the way all the time.

I would die
Last time I got a shot, I woudn't stop laughing [thats what I do when I'm really nervous]
and yeah
I wouldn't stop moving
they had to bring in 2 extra nurses to hold me down
so they could give me the shot
but, I have tattoo sleeves
thats as close as I'm getting to anything permanent on my body
