Suggestion to flowmo:
-Give more power to some members of the staff, that way we don't have to wait around for you in your absence to do new things.
Yet another idea:
-Streaming radio please.

RE: Suggest Changes to the Forums!
I think:
-The Blog should be moved to a place where more people will see it.
-Forums for other entertainment forms(books videos gaming et cetera..)is a good idea
-The REALLY old topics that knowone has posted in for a long time should just be removed.
-Site wide activities would be fun. But having something like the awards, that is based on popularity, isn't a good idea. But like the competions that are sort of drowing in the Creative Art section, is cool.
-Flowmo should enlist one or two member/staff to help with the site management, like Bug said. So that if changes are going to be made, they won't all be resting on flow to make.
-The front page should be updated, the links to the diffrent forums and blog blend right in with the advertising.
-some measure should be taken to attract more attention to the people who only look at the galleries to the forum, and Vis Versa. I was skimming through profiles of diffrent people, and I noticed that there is a whole diffrent EB in the galliers and profiles, than there is on the Forum.

I wish, I hate necrothreads... and those who continually revive them without good cause.UnkownXxXWords wrote:

The competitions were an idea by... um (i can't remember who, but they were relatively new) I thought they were a good idea, i mentioned it to flowmo, and he said do it. So I did.UnkownXxXWords wrote:

I can think of one person who seems to have a little more... authority than the rest of us, although everything still has to go through flowmo.UnkownXxXWords wrote:

we seem to be waiting for a lot of things to happen still.UnkownXxXWords wrote:

It is a whole other world out there on the profiles, and it scares me.UnkownXxXWords wrote:

Like, interviewing recognised members?
Or people that have had acheievements on the site, like some of the artists or something?
Sounds like a good idea if there's cause.

Kittens, how are we going to interview bands?

Eak, I appologise, I didn't read the entire thread, so I'm unaware if its mentioned..
But are Subforums out of the question?
I would rather have a Forum: Entertainment Subforums: Media , Games, etc.
Maybe some way of dividing the bucket into two disctint lines of Serious Topics/Vs Amusing topics since they tend to collide?
Interviews with local bands, as you guys have mentioned, sound cool.
That be something to read.

There needs to be more than just 'the bucket' though. I mean, we seriously lack a variety of threads.

Dividing the games forum it what is needed I think. You've mentioned it several times, and so have several other people.Xenomorph wrote: There needs to be more than just 'the bucket' though. I mean, we seriously lack a variety of threads.
We need:
-forum games
-electronic games
-entertainment (film and books)

Agreed entirely. I mean, let's just do a rundown of every section other than the bucket.
-Introductions and help and advice aren't going to have anything new ever, so we can just forget it.
-We've already discussed splitting Games into forum games and video games, and the serious need for an entertainment section.
-Serious Discussions never goes anywhere because no one ever has a thought-out argument, or if they do they're immediately shot down by other users who just keep repeating the same things.
-Emo Scene: It's difficult to make good threads for this section. Anything relating to emo can go in bands and music, and anything relating to scene can go in fashion.
-Can't give an opinion on how Fashion is doing since I've made five posts max in there. I can assume it's going ok, since there haven't been any complaints.
-As I've already gone into detail about, Bands and Music needs serious moderation.
-Poems are poems. We can't do much to make this section better other than hope for better writers.
-Emo Wiki needs to go. Any threads in there can go in emo scene, and nearly everything in emo scene can be split up as I said before.
-Don't know much about the art section either, best we can do is hope for better artists.
-Profile sections. After like the first month no one gave a crap about this anyway.
