not a pretty thing
then i just turned to my friends for support and they
helped me through it and im gladdd who ever made this web site did
it helps people feel confertable on who they are and give them other people to talk with and thank you who made this thread cause i acctuly showed this to my friend and he read it

thank you for this forum. ive been cutting for 2 years and i just recently have stopped. everyday i think about it. think about doing it. but i have let down so many people with this problem. its hard and sucks major. but its not healthy both physically and emotionally. if you need someone to talk to at all about this. message me. ive been through it. i can help.

yeah thats another thing you can do.

if you have stopped for a while and you find yourself wanting it.

just think about how you have quit for a while already, and why would you give up now?

I've cut in the past, But am now happy I got rid off it, the thing that helped me we're my friends, they certainly made me realsie that hurting myself was not the way to forget , So how to stop cutting.. My advice,

Turn your head towards your friends, if they are your friends they will help you with their arms spread open.

Look into your heart, and you will see that the hurting of your physical appearance is only causing more mental hurt.

To anyone that still cuts out there and wants to stop this...

Take my advice for good or bad, in any way, I so wish you all much love happiness and all the stuff and so much luck to be able to drop the knife and live happy and strong. *hugs everyone*

there's writen you can cut ur veins then what you cut if not the veins only the skin???

Thanx for this i used to cut but not deep... just enough to make it bleed.
it did help for a while but then i started losing some friends.
also i thought of myself as a coward i was just cutting on the top of the arm. sorry if you think im a poser but that was the way i was.
