Lullaby:
Everywhere she goes
She feels so out of place
Everything she knows
Makes her hide away her face
No memory of her life before
Her feet are getting sore

She holds her breath
She shuts her eyes
Locks away the pain inside
Feels the rain
And starts to cry
Sings herself a lullaby

Stepping through the grass
Wind blows through her hair
Nobody's around
But it feels like someone's there
She knows if she goes too far she'll hurt
Land face first in the dirt
But she knows that if she doesn't try
She won't escape the lie

Locked in a world where she

Sometimes it feels like
The world is on your shoulders

And pray things don't get out of hand
Hope that you get out of this life alive

Try not to lose sight
Of what's keeping you around
Waiting in the sky
Waiting for your goodbye

Sometimes it feels like
The world is on yours shoulders
Sometimes it's so hard
Not to be crushed by your boulders

For something you don't understand
That's what they expect of you

Frost:
Frost on the leaves in the winter
Branches seem to die and wither
Soldiering on though it's snowing
Don't know how much longer I can keep going

The light at the end of the tunnel glistens
Voices no one hears because nobody listens
Silent prayers whispered to the sky
Being trapped but happy inside of your eyes

I don't know if I can keep this up
'Cause I always seem to be down on my luck
One day could we try letting me win?
Because the sad truth is you make my world spin

I'm burning on my own
When I think of you at night
Though I try to stop them
Tears block my sight

The light at the end of the tunnel glistens

The world that we share
Doesn't seem to care
About people on their own
And if they feel alone
