and snow, i think you may be right on that one. -.- it bothers me because i'm not sure what size i should have.

Don't know if it's already been said, my eyes are saying no to reading too much at such late.. er early hours.
But, if it all depends how long you have had your first lip piercing for.
Because normally someone has their first one for awhile, get a second one, then their second one is permanently un-aligned because of the natural healing process and the time gaps. there is always that bad apple that just hangs that extra bit lower.
I don't know personally it drives me nuts.
And I have seen it happen a few times. Ultimately if you had it for awhile, you might be best to take it out and let it heal then just get snakebites, that way they heal at the same time and one doesn't droop a bit lower then the other.

Oh and just so you know I believe its called a 14 gage on my current monroe. It's not overly big, but isn't a tiny thing either. I personally like the size and most likely will be getting similar piercing sizes for my snakebites and septum.
