I really don't know what to do anymore.I'm so depressed. I can barely stand to be awake for more thn half an hour. I'm really scared because I've never felt this alone before. This is the lowest and unhappiest I've ever been. I have absolutly no one to talk to and I really need someone's advice,help, or words.

Just remember that no matter what is going on, life is better than death. You are important, and there are people out there that care for you a lot.

I'd suggest finding a friend to talk to. It might not seem like there is one, but trust me, there is. When I felt that way I found out that many of my friends, some that seemed happy all the time, felt the exact same way. YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

I suggest you take up playing an instrument, or maybe try HTML. make a web page, and then go sign up for a club that might interest you.
Just immerse yourself completely in something, and maybe find a couple good books.
get a job, volunteer at your local hospital, do SOMETHING. It will make you feel less alone, and chances are you'll meet a real friend.

i wanna help you cause ive been throught depression my self,so can you tell me whats getting to you,see to get the solution you need to confront the problem.

When you get too down just stop thinking about what you were currently thinking about, theres no need to think about shit that makes you sad or depressed.

Try making friends on this forum, find a club or hobby, just something to occupy your time. As for me, I play the guitar. Also, music can really help, but whatever happens, life is always better than death.
