i agree with you, the underage person doesn't have the mental capacity or maturity to make that decision. that's why i said it shouldn't be acceptable or tolerated. i just think calling it rape is a little inaccurate. it should be considered a different crime.
can you really say that sleeping with a minor who is giving their consent is the same as overpowering a woman and forcing her to have sex with you?

and coercion is a form of violence. pointing a gun at someone's head and saying "have sex with me or i'll kill you" is an act of violent force

Children + Adult having sex will ALWAYS be statutory rape
And it always should
Adults looking to have sex with children are disgusting
And children looking to have sex with adults obiously need help, or their doing it to gain something from the person

Even if she gave consent, there was no force used, and it wasn't "rape," it's still having sex with a minor, no matter how you phrase it.

He's certainly guilty of statutory rape, and this is why the law is in place, but occasionally that law really manages to do some damage, such as in these cases:

it make me sick to say that but if a man go and is all sweet with the little kids and like do not harm them physically, they may not even remember so much. Wich is very different than if it is very violent and all...

Rape is not inherently a physically violent act, but it is an abusive act. Rape without violence does not make it any less of a rape. There is no "shades of gray."
