Slashed: How do you intertwine it in todays messed up society were deceit(sp?) and lies are around every corner? But people are supposed to take it only one way, otherwise you don't get the full effect of it.
All sins can be forgiven, just as long as the person has faith and God and believes that Jesus Christ is their savior.
Maybe they were made up. But then that would mean that Christianity is just a belief that relies on made-up scriptures. If they were, I'm pretty sure the religion would've deteriorated by now.
Okay. Intertwine wasn't a good word. As Nexus said, they're "guidelines, rather than rules." Yes, today's society is very morally incorrect. But there is still a way to live by the Bible's guidelines.
