This all starts before you even think of hitting "Create New-Topic". When you get that little spark of a bright idea and you think that it is the greatest thing ever that needs to be posted. Please, Please use the search button at the top of you screen and see if someone else has already made a thread about it. If someone else has already created a thread about it, Post in that one. If you search and no one else has made a thread about it, by all means feel free to post as long as you feel it is important to the forums.

Step 4: Search for keywords about your bright idea
Step 5: If your idea hasn't already been expressed on the forums feel free to create a new topic and skip to "Step 7"
Step 6: If your idea already has a topic please pick one that closely suits your ideas and reply happily.
