Attack Attack!'s Someday Came Suddenly. I can't quite tell what i like about this album, As a band i think of Attack Attack! as untalented and just generally bad. But i still find myself listening through this album more than a few times without complaint.
The Black Dahlia Murder's Nocturnal. A pretty good death metal/melodic metal album. Enjoyable and it doesn't drag on. It makes me feel like destroying things haha.
Cypress Hill's Greatest Hits From The Bong. A collection of their highlights with almost no lowlights. Enjoyable and a good change of pace from what i usually listen to.
The Devil Wears Prada's Plagues. Enjoyable deathcore/grindcore with some nice post hardcore touches and a fair bit of flow.
HIM's Razorblade Romance. Everything you could want from HIM in a nice little package. Some catchy hooks and some smooth singing.
Korn's Untouchables. I can't say i like much Korn stuff, But this album caught my eye. I still don't know why.
Marilyn Manson's Smells Like Children. I can't stand most of his other stuff (aside from a few 'classics') but this album has a sense of twisted sounds and moans that compels me to find ways to have myself shaking in my seat with this as the soundtrack.
Panic At The Disco's A Fever You Can't Sweat Out definitely tops my list. It was well thought out, theatrically impressive and had a great sound.
Parkway Drive's Killing With A Smile. An album that highlights the potential of Australian hardcore music of this generation. After only having their second album (Horizons) for a while and totally dismissing them as a band i could appreciate i picked this up, I've definitely changed my views on them since.
Simple Plan's Still Not Getting Any. Ahhh, i was in year 5 when this came out (age 10) and after listening to it for the first time in a while i just had a sense of peace and happiness running through me. It really does make you feel like you're re-living simpler times.
There's mine, What are yours?
