But it's true. They're lyrics are composed of whining, and their guitars and drums usually consist of basic chords and notes,(Dead DOES beat their norm, and I respect that) and Gerard Way has an annoying voice...

What you said is true but the annoying voice and whining lyrics is what makes them listenable. They were okay to listen to for a while but got boring rather quickly.
