Does anyone know how to make mascara run for pictures?

I'm not going to lie, I have no idea.
But you could try making your eyeliner run.
It looks just as good. =]

you mean, as in real life, or on photoshop??
-buy cheap mascara that is not waterproof
-layer it on thickly, especially on the bottom
-gently dribble water onto the eye so that the mascara begins to run
-water down some of the mascara on the applyer and place it into the face, the very black water will fall down the face.

Here's how it goes:
Buy liquid eye liner, put it on etc. Then take a squirt bottle that you can make misty, spray that on your face. Drench your eyes more if needed. LET IT RUN BABY!

Sweet I am going to try that. I love doing photography I think I am going to minor in it in college and maybe take some of my scenic photos and sell them for extra cash. I live near some cool old places In Memphis and plenty of goths and emos are around to buy the pics.
