The End of the Rainbow

Nobody believes your life could come to an end
So many problems, a broken spirit no one can mend
How could they believe you? A girl who lies so much
The pain from her past makes her impossible to touch
But a sickness in her heart makes her hate to be alone
Feeling like a burden, she uncovers things she’s never shown
Still her family turns away, to fight this war by herself
All she can do is pull a picture off her shelf
The only person who loved her, who always helped her through
But that person died, and left her to start anew
How can she tell them what’s happening?
How many cuts can she make? How can she stop the bleeding?
Her mind fills up with fear and rage
But she’s trapped all alone in a barred up cage
Tears start falling as she pictures her past
So many things that happened so fast
A person died because she told the truth
So much pain happened in her youth
The one she truly loves is so far away
She’s not sure she can live another day
So many times she’s wondered if she’s strong enough to take her life
An easy way to end her strife
But nothing is easy and it keeps on getting worse
A painful life, her horrid curse
She wants to trust, and confide to a friend
But she’s not sure if it will cause the friendship to end
The depression clouds in, slicing her like a hundred knives
So many nightmares, so many empty lies
Could you understand if I told you about ME?
Could you comfort me and promise it’ll be alright?
Could you come to me and hold me in the middle of the night?
I don’t think you could, I don’t think you’re that strong
Even if you could, you couldn’t for long
She’s all alone crying in her room
Waiting to hear her fate, her doom
Soon she’ll be strong enough to end it all
And when she is, it’s your name she’ll call

Blatant Ignorance

Everyday is the same
Every day drifts on slowly
I go crazy just hearing his name
He doesn’t even know me
Wake up, get dressed, smoke
Try to bear the endless hours of school
Go home, go away, try not to choke
Sleep, cry, illegal fuel
Nobody knows, not really, not ever
Can’t change, can’t quit
I like him, he likes her
Go back to get lit
Cigarette, my escape
Light, inhale, exhale
Let go, run away, rape
Brush your teeth, shower, tastes stale
Falling to the ground, mascara stains
Burning eyes, cant you see it? Can’t you hear the screams?
Sits at home, cries, cutting veins
World broken, shattered dreams
Everyday I wake up, everyday I die
Mirror, look away, tears stroll down cheek
You wonder why I lie
Cold, breathless, unbearingly bleak
Same routine, same life, same feeling
Home comes fast, he comes fast, smack
I fall, I cry, I run away, ignore the sting
Go smoke, go cry, go back
He gets enraged, he screams, he strikes
Same story, same bruise, same knot
Run to the one I like, I’m not the one he likes
But were friends, we were, I thought
Sun comes up, goes back down, same story
Wake, sleep, wake, sleep
Nothing gets better, gets worse for me
Cut it,, slice it make it deep
Nobody knows, nobody cares, nobody tries
They couldn’t help, couldn’t stop it, nobody could understand
Every part of me; heart, soul, mind, body; dies
He never even held my hand

Lemme know what you think XD
