Please help me...

can somebody please help me get skinny i'm fat but im not obese im just fat but i feel like shit because everytime i ask my parents to let me go on a diet or if i can go to the gym they laugh and say your not fat and the fact i know there lying to me kills me more because they're supposed to be the people you can trust the most in the world....and then theres my girlfriend i feel that i don't deserve her and she should be dating somebody skinny.....please can somebody help me....

Do it for yourself. Eat moar fruit and veggies and drink more water. If you HAVE to drink milk, get nonfat milk. Cut out soda and most sugar from your diet.

Eat less calories than you burn a day.

Do HIIT (google is your friend).


Those are the basics.

Just go on a diet. Start running/walking everyday for at least an hour. Maybe walking a dog if you have one?


and the part in bold bothers me. Some girls like guys on the chubbier side. All girls don't think those guys with 6 packs are hot, some like the teddy bear like guys. If she didn't think you were hot, she wouldn't be dating you man. Just relax.

yes to what i have bolded.

Dont cut protein or dairy from your diet, just be smarter about how you consume them
a fruit and yogurt smoothie is better for you than a milkshake
lean steak is better than fatty chicken
poached or boiled eggs are better than fried
steak with steamed vegetables, or salad is far healthier than steak with fries

you can also do exercises at home, you dont need to go to a gym

If you want the whole "Worked for me but I'm not sure of the adverse effects" method.

Start smoking. Eat every other day, or if you're trying to do it as fast as possible, every 3rd day. I did the every 3rd but I was smoking 20 a day, so yeah. I did that for four months and lost a lot of weight. Or stopped gaining weight in time for my body to catch up height-wise. Whatever.

I also became a temporary vegitarian during my "skip two days eat one day" phase. I drank water and ate salads.

I don't advocate this at all, it just worked for me. Not that I planned it, or anything. It just happened. I've also stopped smoking and am working to gain the weight I lost back. By eating as much shitty food as I can. So no eating disorders here.

But yeah, only try that, and by try I mean on a basis of two weeks, preferably less, in the event that nothing else works.
