In all honesty, Good-Will kicks ass.
I'd shop there any day,than spend a dime at HT.
Also most thrift shops are great.
They're cheap and they have some cool shit some times.

It's okay I guess, there isn't anything wrong with shopping there especially if its your only access to getting a specific item or band tee that you wan't.

Obviously its overrated if Its in the fucking mall what do you except you can't control who goes in and out of the store if its in a very public place.

We've been over this so many times if you wan't good band shirts and clothing shop online or get stuff at shows.

Hot Topic = Band Shirts;
umm, found a belt I like, a pair of pants...that's it really.

Um, some moosics too [if I can't find it on my music trackers], because the FYE in the mall here has a terrible selection and some smaller bands get squeezed in there some times.

I'm planning to order about ninety dollars worth of clothing from there in the next couple of days. Some of their clothes look pretty awesome. A lot of their stuff sucks, but to me, that applies to pretty much every clothing store in the history of ever.

And to those who say it's bad because posers shop there: grow up. So what if a so called poser buys from that shop? So what if ten thousand so called posers buy from that shop? Wow. Big whoop. I'm not jumping to HT's defense here, I just think this 'OMG SC3NEY POSEURS EW' business is getting ridiculous. 'Posers' buying from a shop does not make it bad unless you're too fickle. I'm happy to walk around wearing outfits entirely bought at Supre (and here's to hoping you know that chain), as long as I like the clothes.

...most of that is probably unvented annoyance from kids on other sites. Sorry about that.

Hot topic is only good for CLASSIC shirts. (Pink Floyd, Motley Crue, etc) Shirts that are a bit harder to come by. (Although I do shamefully admit to purchasing a $50 tshirt from Cruefest #1)
Other than that, why wear a popular modern band tshirt everyone has? I get my tshirts at shows because nobody has them. Because the vast majority doesn't go to shows. And they look way more badass and there's more to choose from. Besides, I like hacking my shirts to pieces anyway. So pah.

As far as jeans go, they have some cool skinnies, but way too fucking expensive.
And their gauges, and other body jewelry is hella expensive. Even H2Ocean is 16 fucking dollars.

Forget hot topic. Worthless really.
