although i'm quite excited for the new one, Coraline, to start showing in cinemas where i live.
has anyone seen it yet?

coraline wasn't tim burton it was henry selick, but it was better than the book
sweeney todd is my fav,i love when he is slitting the peoples throats non chalantly and singing about his daughter,
but i haven't seen a movie by tim burton that i don't like
James in the giant peach was incredible, I love NBC to, i know every line from it and can recite it as the movie plays, only because my brother watches it three times a week. yeah it is mainstream, but it is one of the longest fads around, like 15 16 years

He did write a little of the story, but he actually did a lot less than everyone thinks. His big addition to the movie was his money, not his writing.

he wrote the original inspiration for it it was a poem twisted off of "the night before christmas" and disney funded his idea, watch the making of the movie before you say that it wasn't tim burton, yes he did direct it and he also helped create the characters and set

No.

He really didn't direct it, there will be no site to tell you such a thing. Henry Selick made it, and it was loosely based off of one idea Tim Burton had.

I've only seen about 6 of his movies and I can't really name my favorite, maybe Sleepy Hollow, Edward Scissorhands or the Corpse Bride.

I dont know why everyone is saying edward scissorhands to be honest, it wasnt THAT good of a film. I personally think the ending ruined it.
Sweeny todd for me. Its amazing how many people dont know its a musical the first time they watch it.

I love most of his movies.

But Sweeney Todd, it's one of my all time favourite movies.
