Hi.
I made this topic for people who have phobias or some fears. I have a social phobia (or social anxiety disorder). What do you do when you have psychic attacks ? Sometimes when I'm in a crowd I feel like I'm gonna collapse...

social anxiety disorder is pretty much what ive got.
being in a crowd can give me a panic attack, sometimes i get them when im on a crowded bus. I generally avoid going to malls at busy times (like school break or weekends). I get dizzy, and feel like i cant breathe, like there isnt enough air and i just have to 'get away'.
how do I deal with it? avoid crowded places. if i do end up somewhere crowded, i try to find the least crowded parts.
its difficult, and sometimes i get that im afraid to leave the house. I also dont like going to new places, i try to stick to places i know (i think its because know the 'safe' places and where the exits are)

please dont laugh at me but i have a phobia of feet
and i have no idea how i calm myself down i guess if someone just does the simple thing and hugs me so i cant see them is ok

I hate feet too. Any ppl thinks its funny to shove their feet in my face and watch me flip out....I don't really think thats a phobia though.

Well my biggest fear/phobia is...heights. (Thats why I'm not tall LOL) No but I'm serious I cant even stand on a chair without wanting to faint. Anything to do with heights even if I'm like in an enclosed elevator I just cant handle it.

Social anxiety disorder - I pretty much avoid crowded places or events, or if i have to be present, i look for a corner that most people avoid. [there is always that one corner]
Fear of snakes - Got attacked by one when i was six, and now i avoid them or if i see one, i run and don't stop until i'm tired or somebody stops me.

Im afraid of the world ending and(please dont laugh) the dark.But I like the dark its just if it get to quiet.

Aichmophobia- Fear of needles or pointed objects. (I don't like going to the Docters or Dentist for this reason)
Alektorophobia- Fear of chickens. (I was attacked when I was 5)
Altophobia- Fear of heights. (I absolutely hate them)
Athazagoraphobia- Fear of being forgotton or ignored or forgetting. (Being forgotten, really)
Autophobia- Fear of being alone or of oneself. (Being absolutely alone scares me)
Claustrophobia- Fear of confined spaces. ( -.- )
Coulrophobia- Fear of clowns. (the movie IT)
Hemophobia or Hemaphobia or Hematophobia- Fear of blood (Only if it's my blood)
