Suggest Changes to the Forums!

Web 2.0 style, or at least a better looking style (that black background is killing me. D: ), and more members is always good.

Or something of the sort, for those who have left for when they come back so they know what has happened...

i dont see surveys any where else here
i mean it might be too specific for a whole forum
but idk i would find it spammy to just post it in any of the forums
