Loreal HiP has something very similar, if I am correct. Never tried it though. I'm brand loyal.

Anyway, it's actually more about the base than the brand of eyeliner. If you apply eyeliner on your eyelid without anything underneath, it will smudge, because your skin gets warm and sweat and stuff. Foundation and powder is a great base, and if you wear eyeshadow, primer might be a good thing, too.
(do you say base, btw? ;o )
ahh see i dont wear makeup or foundation just eyeliner
i dont know what colors fit my skin cus there are different color bases for dark skin
so i just stay away from it rather than look retarded after 5 mins in the sun.
cus ive seen ppl with foundation on
and its like its peeling off their faces
okay heres another question what kind of foundation doesnt smudge either?lol
im real bad with makeup!!!!!

its cause of your skin,
dont worry though wait 5 minutes and after that the liner dosent hurt it takes
time to get used to
As for pencil liner, i recommend the liner that has a plastic case rather then wood.
(i forgot what its called)
that way you dont have to sharpen the pencil, and the point dosent poke your eye
i got the eyeliner with the plastic base from maybelline"line stylist"
yeah that shit just broke every 15 secs it got annoying so i set it aside

It's very hard for me finding a foundation that fits my skin because I am extremely pale and all those 'normal' brands doesn't work, they are all too dark.
What I do is that I walk into the nearest make up store (MAC, Make Up Store, or maybe a random one you've got into the mall?) and ask for help. People who work there, especially at the brand places knows what they're doing (they are usually educated make up-artists) and they will select a foundation that fits your skin perfectly. They do it for free (at least here..) but the foundation might cost a little more than the ones you get in the drugstores. However, it's worth it, in my opinion. Better quality and it feels a little more glamourous, haha.
Good luck!
SS: I prefer brands too. I love Make Up Store's products <3

If you have a Sephora or a MAC you can go there and ask them what to get. Also, you don't have to use a liquid foundation. Just find a powder thats as close to your skin tone as it can get, it doesn't have to be perfect. Then you can just put a little of that on your lids, and then apply the eyeliner and it shouldn't smudge.
Also, MAC's eyeliners are AMAZING.
And they last forever so it pays for itself in the long run.
One stick of eyeliner from there has lasted me over a year and I still have more to use.
It's only like 16$ too.
If they don't have a store near you, you can go to their online website.
I'm pretty sure its www.maccosmetics.com
They also sell primers there, so instead of getting a powder, you could just use that.

yeah i used like a concealer foundation but i thought it was my skin tone but it made me look darker than my skin tone but my eyeliner did not wear off so i guess i always have to have foundation on or find a MAC cosmetic store... which is harder?

Try waterproof make up.
Use a base first, then use your eyeliner.
Try different brands as well.
