so there's this girl who's like the best friend i've ever had... probably the best i'll ever have. well anyway, i love her. i told her this once before... after i told her our friendship became really... um... awkward i guess. and we started becoming distant. afterafter a while i told her i got over her but only because i wanted to be closer to her again (i still love her..). Things started getting better and we became close again. but then something happened... i'd rather not get into that...let's just say i found out about her bf in the WORST possible way and i tried to kill myself... as you can see i didn't suceed. but ever since they got together, continuing to live has become so hard...every day i feel as if we're drifting farther and farther apart. and it's all because of him. it's become pointless to even approach her while she's with him. it kills me just to see them near eachother...she won't even talk to me anymore because she's so preoccupied with him. i just want things like before. advice?

Talk to her about it and explain the situation..kinda sounds sissy-ish but it works..

Ya know, its kinda funny when they want u not to lie so u tell them ur true feelings and get hurt. I understand completely and i feel for u. Eventualy ur gona have to talk to her, just dont let ur emotions get in the away of what could be the last chance to be at least friends again. Good luck and i hope this helps.

i kinda agree in the sense of the whole butterfly effect, both actually, the one where if u kill a butterfly (symbolizing ur friendship) the events that follow might not be a good thing, adn the one where if u set a butterfly free it'll come back to u if it were meant to be that way.

At this point, it seems friendship is too far away so your best chance is to try to talk to her. If you're that passionate, you'd make every effort no matter what. Otherwise, there are plenty of other fish in the sea.
