.....i cant stop cutting and i really need to because if i dont my friends are going to tell my "parents" and i dont want them to know....i mean i cant let them know...they'll fucking kill me...i cut so badly now and im so addicted to pain...that i cant stop....this is seriously haunting me and i want to stop...it's just that i cant it's driving me insane.....

Look.. just think about something else.. something that helps u feel the pain but not cutting.. think about ur friends everytime u are gonna do it... i dont know what to say, remember i love u babe!

Just think about what Julee said; Think of other ways to fill the need for pain without cutting, and I don't mean by burning or anything like that, adn I know I'm a hypocrit for said it but there are so many other ways of venting our all your emotions. Cutting is incredibly dangerous, and a temporary fix. It dosent make you feel better, it makes things worse by adding more pain onto the problems already there.

I know you don't really know me, but just chat to me anytime, you can tell me anything you need to get off your chest. I know how it feels to have it all bottled inside, and letting it out is just such a huge relif, trust me.
