RE: whats the best eyeliner and macara
I always had issues finding/applying eyeliner and getting it to stay there all day. Then my best friend introduced me to L'oreal's High Intensity Pigments. or HIP. It's a cream eyeliner. You have to use an eyeliner brush, but the stuff is amazing. It stays pretty much all day on the top.
its ten bucks per thing, but it lasts a long time.
(i gotta go get primer for the bottom though, i still have problems with that a little.)

i like sticking to drugstore brands (in general) for mascara. like someone else said previously.. people change mascaras constantly. so there's no point in buying expensive ones if they're gonna die out every 3/4 months. i'm currently using Maybelline though.
i love my Shiseido eyeliner - black is key. it's like, my staple. but i have loads of other cheap and drugstore eyeliners for random colours and such..

Water-proof mascara is good if you sweat alot, or if the weather is warm, but it is hard to wash out, unless you have makeup remover. If you have the problem with eyeliner, where it smudges onto your browbone, use liquid liner, not khol. There are makeup brands made for people allergic to makeup, and you should not wear any makeup that irritates yur eyes or skin.
Also, if you are tring to get a cool smokey-eyed look, but khol smuges, try getting a Q-tip wet, and rubbing it in black shadow, and using it as eyeliner.
Once you let it dry, it shouldn't smudge or run, and it makes a cool smokey look.

RE: whats the best eyeliner and macara
as for eyeliner Urban Decay makes a really good 24/7 glide on eyeliner it is really creamy and it goes on smooth && it last all day. is cost about $16. I also like revlon color stay eyeliner though && its much cheaper. as for the top lid it smears easily && liquid liner is good to use over your eye pencil on the upper lid. i don't like liquid liner though but the best i've found for not a lot of money that lasts && its that hard to apply or at least not as hard as others is Almay intense color liquid liner. as for mascara i don't use it cause i have naturally long && thick eyelashes && it looks kinda weird if i use mascara. && like a lot of people have already said a primer helps in not smearing && letting the eyeliner last. Primer potion by urban decay is good but right now im using one by Clinique and i like it a lot. as far as removing eye makeup buy an eye makeup remover. i'v only used clinique so i don't really have any others to reccomend but when it comes to something like that i'm sure a cheaper one will work just as good. but it deffinatley helps to have it. i used to not use it and it was such a hassle trying to get eye liner off. so yeah hope this helped i thought i would just add to what was already said. a lot of good advice on here already

When in doubt try MAC (:
MAC Masscara X
MAC Liquid Eyeliner
Since I'm poor, I buy JANE Be Pure Gel eyeliner. It's in a little jar with a brush, and it works nicely if you smudge it out (:

A good eye makeup remover also is sweet almond oil,
plus it's natural and I find it clogs pores less.
To stop my eys from reddening now when I wear eye make up I just apply eye drops before putting it on .
It's not because of allergies but more because my eyes are just dried out by the make up.

the forgetting could begin.

I use Bad Gal eyeliner, it's made by benefit (they are amazing)
and for mascara, the only kind that doesn't irritate me after a while is clinique's naturally glossy mascara. works wonders!
