Normally, though, it's a lot more poofy especially after a day of being outside at all and it's SUPER thick. Like, everytime I get my hair cut the stylist is always like I have super thick hair and it makes it really big at the bottom. What can I do that's scene, preferably with some kind of fringe because I had it and I had the bottom half dyed pinkish-red and it looked awesome so I want to do that again and put some streaks in. I'm up for any suggestions at all. And pictures of cuts would be awesome.

Also, last question, I would like to wear eyeliner on my top lids instead of just on the bottom but the top seems to get on like the upper part of the lid when I blink and everything. What can I do to keep it from doing that? I don't use liquid eyeliner because I can't get it right and I don't like it but my pencil liner just doesn't stay right at the eyelashes and it really annoys me. What can I do?
