well i have been out of a relationship for like a long time,
well not a long time but getting out of it
affected me alot and everything changed,
most of all, do i need a new girlfriend to forget about my ex?
i can't stop thinking about this ex of mine and i know
i will not ever be with her again, like how does someone get over
a chick they loved with all their heart.
this someone who they fell in love with
then it just all ends.
i need help, should i get back into another relationship hoping
that i will forget about my feelings for my ex and just move on.

Don't do that unless you've made it clear to the 'new girl' that its just a rebound thing, if you don't, you could really hurt the 'new girl'
I know its sounds corny but, time does heal wounds.
Get into a new hobby, or persue a new one.
Get rid of everything that reminds you of your ex.
And see how things go from there.
