I just took all the old bell-bottoms, and baggy pants I could find and turned them into sexxi skinny jeans.
heres how:

~Old Bell-bottoms or baggy pants
~sewing machine/needle and thred
~Ruler
~Color of marker that will show up on the pants
~safety pins
~Scissors

*Turn the Pants inside out, and put them on.
*Use the marker, and mark the pants close to you're leg (but leave a little bit of slack, so you can still bend youre legs)
*Take the pants off, and use the ruler to make sure that the markings are the same length, and the same distance from the original seam.
*Put the safety pins on the markings, and put the pants on again, to make sure it fits.
*Make sure you have measured twice before you sew
*Sew down the leg of the pants along the markings twice.
*Cut off the leftover flap of fabric on the edge.

You have to be really careful, and it's better to have made them too loose than too tight, because you can always sew it again to make it tighter.

i just done this 3months earlier..
it's really great u know...the upper part is originally slim...u just need to modify the bottom-part which is the bellbottom going on...it looks cold!

Should you mark and sew along the inseams, or along the outseams (... haha I'm not sure if outseams is even a correct technical term...) Right now I'm going with the outside... but I don't know which would be better.

it's really good because i have some bellbottoms in my closet that really suck.

I did this ,again, to a different pair a pants that i actually wore. I didn't measure really though. They stilled turned out great!

I might go to a thrift store or get some cheap pants that i really like but are flare, and then make 'em how i like 'em. w00t cheap jeans!

You also feel acomplished whenever you wear them.

God this helps, sometimes my mother goes out and 'tries' to buy me close and she always gets me bells it drives me crazy.

Its best if you sew them from the inside, so turn them inside-out and sew, so the stitches aren't all that visible ^_^

Yeah! Thats the fantabulous part! The measurments don't have to be perfect, and they still look cool
