thats not true, i got a friend in russia, she emo, and thats not ture at all, they just ask not come to school dressed like an emo, and i think thats good, even if id liek it , i dotn come to school dressed like a metal freak lol,

I suppose "Emo Thing" started to spread mainly coz of Tokio Hotel band, They are great I heard some of their songs its real nice, I wish I l find a guy who will be that nice...Anyway lols... What happened is that when fans of Tokio Hotel found out about Emo Fashion that what they thought about emo ===>>>.. Emo-emotional, dress in pink and black with heaps of eyeliner and crying all the time plus think negative about everything they do.. Parents and Grandparents are thinking that it can lead to kind of "suicidal thinking" and bla-bla-bla By the way even Russian goths came to support emo, when they had a protest going on..

It's utterly ridiculous. And (like I'm sure this has been repeated-but WTF I'll say it again) Russia can't ban emos, because that's like banning human beings. It's like banning individuality and fashion. Which is stupid and unreasonable. Even if they do ban emos, what are they gonna do?
