OK so you're new to the site and you want to know the rules so you stay around a while and have fun.
If you don't follow the rules there are consequences, usually in the form of a temporary or permanent ban.



No Spam on the Forum.
Advertising for other sites, self promotion, repeated or pointless topics.
If you have something to say to one person just use a Private Message instead.
If you have an idea for a topic to talk about use the Search Forum tool at the top of the page. Chances are that someone has already started a topic about it for you.
When you make a thread try to give it a good title so people will remember what it's about.



No personal info.
Phone numbers, addresses, real names, ASL etc.
Do not give or request this information to/from anyone.
If you want to exchange myspaces or messengers with people post it in the Everything Social Network Thread.
Do not make requests for boyfriends, girlfriends, or friend adds.

Be Polite.
Do not use excessive swearing, flaming or insults.
Use proper spelling and grammar as best to your ability as possible.
Do not talk about/post links/pictures about inappropriate subjects (violent/sexual/disgusting/cutting etc)
Try to join in conversations instead of butting in and changing the subject.
