So yeah...this may sound like an odd statement but being me I'm going to make it.

I <3 Scene(I'm sorry I didnt know!) hair, but being poor old me I just never thought I could do it. So here I am asking for advice, everyone at the very least seems half knowledgeable.

I know my hair looks pretty good back then but now its just a layered mess. I'll take a picture using my phone when I get home but there are no gurantee's my internet will be back up(we just moved into a new place).

What would I like you fine fine guys and girls to try to help me with? Just look and tell me what you would do. Any suggestions will be taken and evaluated and I really appreciate it. Oh and if you got Facebook [removed]

What kind of scene hair do you want? I mean, there are a lot of different scene hair styles out there.
My favourite is a shorter one, something like this:

And I think this one will suit your face shape well (and it won't make you look like 15!) But, if you can pull long hair off, and not have it in your face, I think it'd look good, too.

Yeah,it would look really good with the fringe (or bang, call it what you will) longer than in back, and longer in the front, maybe swooping to one side. Short and spiked in the back looks good too, (thats the way my hair [as a girl] is, but "scene" hair doesn't really have a gender)
If you are willing to dye your hair, it looks really fab too, but if this is the first time you are tring it out, go easy (hot pink wouldn't be my first pick)

Thanks for the suggestions, I was just gonna dye my hair super dark brown or black was leaning to super dark brown since Black is pretty impossible to get out. I'm just in the process of growing out the massive layered mess my hair is, I'll just resurrect this thread when that time comes.

On the brightside, I could have messed up in worst ways?

1continue growing it
2)get it thinned
3)when its longer (I mean much longer)get it the shape you want
4)razor it
5) get the back cut a bit or you could possibly have a mullet.

dont forget to straighten it and spike, but anything goes.

Thanks, I've got a lot of growing to do. But generally my hair grows pretty quick and I know exactly what you mean about the mullet thing, my hair seems to grow fastest in the back.

But again I'm grateful for the responses, and the fact that I haven't been spit on yet is really just a big bonus.
