I'm proud to say that it's been 3 months since I have last cut, and I now can have razors around me and control myself. In fact, I made a point to put a razor in my hands when I was feeling very upset - and being able to keep it away from my arm made me feel powerful enough to stop.

The scar serum is working, so my arms are starting to look back to normal - I hate that I may have these marks up my arms for the rest of my life...just because of one moment of weakness.

i don't cut that often anymore.
and if i do it's only like three times and i let it heal.
but i'm still trying to stop.
i take a bubble bath or a nap or go buy an energy drink and chug it and then jump on the trampoline.

no, the scars are not pretty. but in some twisted, demented way, they tell a story. the story of my life. i remember where when and why i made each one, and though i'm ashamed of them, i don't want to forget. each mark on my arm symbolizes pain and the sorrows i have been through, and if there were none of those, then what would there be to make me truely happy? i mean... if i was never really sad or depressed... what would make the good times so bright? remember, you need rain to make a rainbow. and yes, i do wish i could stop. i've tried. every day is a constant battle. i'm improving slowly. i'm not proud of my scars, but i'm glad i have them. if i didn't, i would forget, and i could never really be happy.

or maybe i'm just going insane. it IS late...
