because the one on living with style is closed and it was really useful before they ended it
also, the fashion forum is generally used for asking questions, and not for people to share their own ways of doing their hair, making their own clothes, and stuff like that

it's being modified to be a where there are no replys, everyone edits the first post and changelogs are kept.. just like wikipedia
