If you post is locked please make a new one that does not break the rules, and we will remove the locked post.

i think more people should just READ the rules!!...every where i look things are being locked because people arnt treading with care...i think it should be a policy to READ the rules when you join....its just annoying >.<

Perhaps you could sent an automatic pm to everyone who registers on the site with a link to the rules, or perhaps a pm with the rules themselves? Its harder to ignore it that way.
