phantom pain

there are times where i could be walking with my friends and i see some one fall and cut themselves and i look at there cut and for some strange reason i start feeling the pain too...........is it just me or has that happen to someone else???

Extreme empathy and imagination. The creepy bit is when you feel pain for no reason. One day I was crippled so badly I couldn't make it down the stairs.
