Ummm you go to the site u want the background from.Click on the background & underneath the preview there should be a code.U copy the code & paste it in the (custom ccs) box at the bottom of your (profile design control pannel).
It seems like alot but youl get it.:]

sorry, i should have been more descriptive. at the bottom of the pages, there's a link that says 'emo layouts'
just go there and find one [or do a google search] and when you see one you like, copy the code and paste it.
hope that's more helpful. =]
