A bit of a late reply here. Unfortunately I really don't know of any exercises for the shoulder muscles that don't require any sorts of equipment. On the rare occasions that I've worked on my shoulder muscles I have had the opportunity to use weights or machines. Though the kinds of weights women usually use for training their shoulders are quite cheap and don't take much space at all.
