MCR=emo?

MCR aren't emo...lol my ex was doing this thing for graphics...like to do with music and he choose 'punk' and I was flicking through his file and I saw MCR and I was like 'fuck off MCR aren't punk' lol

The band themselves are emo, but most of their fans aren't. I know quite a few people who listen to Soulja Boy, and other like artists, and are completely obsessed with My Chem. In my opinion, they shame the band.

yea i really think they're emo, they have the best emo songs.

No. Many people say they are, but they're not. They don't like being known as emo. They're alternative, industrial and gothic punk. But they're close enough to emo!
