Mass Topic Notifications

When you used to register, all topic and picture comment notifications were turned on by default...

it's really annoying and it sucks...

I am about to go and turn this off for everyone... For existing threads you will still get this email, so every thread that sends you an email just click the bottom link and you will quit getting them...

you can choose to follow a thread via email from under each thread and picture comment box from now on
