try waterproof eyeliner.or water proof liquid eyeliner.it doesnt necesearly have to be waterproof,but it stays on a lot longer than pencil.i use alot of blush sometimes,and black eyeshadoww.you cant really live without black eyeshadow.lol.but yeah,dont take peoples shit if they dont like it.do what you want,but dont over doit.[:

oki.. um iv gawt like a kwl hair cut nd all.. but its pretty dull.. like flat wise.. so wen i to to 'puff' it up or tease it it lasts like 10 min:( any way i can make my hair look more poofy like .. more teased nd up.. jeez i hope you understand wat im saying** if you dont lemme know nd ill try use better english hehe

Unless you can do anything with your hair, like adding clips or headbands or anything.
Hair grows about 1 cm a month, so about 5 months.

Use better English! (I hope you don't write like that in school...)

Anyway, to answer your questions: a lot of teasing and freezing hairspray makes your hair last poofy longer.
Take a look in the Emo Wiki Forum and you will find threads about both teasing hair and freezing hairspray.

It's hard to say, because I don't know what your hair looks like and how you want it.

i have no clue what to do with my hair i was thinkin dyein it black and dark red but i dont really know how i should have it so can i get some advise

Okay. From your profile pic, it looks really really flat, and it all looks sort of the same length.
1.) I'd suggest you thin/layer it. Then you can tease it up.
2.)Your bangs are quite long. I'd suggest you cut them a little bit so they kind of go with your hair after you layer/thin it.
3.) You can dye it black if you'd like. I think chunks of red would look nice. Or just underneath/the bottom would look cool with the red.
