I think it would. Black and blonde is, as I said, a kickass combination, no matter what colour that is the main colour.

And it's actually quite hard finding good pictures of black and blonde hair, and I know they aren't helping much. I'm sorry.

Start off with spray wax, then tease the roots to get volume, and then spray a lot of hairspray all over, and straighten the tips so it gets hard and spikey. Finish off with hairspray.

Hey im black but im pretty sure i was meant to be born white and i really want my hair to be 'emo' but all the stuff on here only works for white/asian hair?
have any hair suggestions fer teh black peoples?
one thing im having a problem with is that i want two toned hair but im afraid that blonde wont look right on a black person.

Number 2: Current state of hair? Natural, relaxed, texturized.

Okay.
I think that since your hair is relaxed, you probably shouldn't bleach it.
That would be too much chemical processes going on in your hair. And if you do bleach it, that could damage your hair. :\
And also, with your skin tone, I think that blonde would look good if it's more of highlights, than a full block of hair.
