I think that this tag is missing in the emoprofilescss. Can I just add it or...?

there are tags there that have been added that are not in the default css
you don't have to define every tag, and you can define tags that may not already be defined... such as pseudo-class selectors
so ya... you can just add it

You can... there called pseudo-class selectors and I have no idea how I could explain to you how to create them
