Well, I want some help with some family stupid problem. My dad and my mom want the divorce immediately. I want to go with my dad but my mother is taking me with her... It's her right. After the divorce is signed well, my mom will get married with this man that has 3 children and his wife died. So I will live with... 2 girls and 1 boy. Maybe you'll think I'll hang out perfectly well with the guy, you're incorrect. He had 6 years old and the girls have 17 and 10 years. It will be a horrible family. And I really need help on how convince my mother so that I can go with my dad... :/

Try explaining it to her in a polite way. Make sure that both she and your father know that who you would rather stay with.

tell her that u'd be happier with ur dad (make sure not to let her take it offensively) also tell her that if ur gone then she'll have a better chance to get to kno her new husbands kids... make sure that she knos that u still love her, its just that u dont want to have new siblings

and dont be afraid to start crying, it will make her feel bad, and u'll have a better chance of going wit ur dad

when everythings all come one night and your moms boyfrend and mulititude of children aren't around,try talking to youe mom about it.tall her about how your worried that the new fam wont be good for you,and that you wood rather be with your dad.but let her know that its not her your trying to run away from or anything,but that you think it wood be better for you personally if you were with your dad.

also,see if maybe you could have duel-custidy,like you live with your dad but see your mom once a week and every other weekend.i dont know that what i used to have.

I can't weigh in much without seeing the papers and whatnot but the custody is pretty much out of your hands. You can say you would prefer to stay with your Dad until you get to know her new family better, from a distance.

Ur 14, you can't legally do anything about it. I say you should sit down with both ur mom and ur dad and discuss some kind of agreement.

I didn't help with my parent's arrangement because I was only 8, but I go to each parent's house depending on what day of the week it is. Sunday-tuesday=dad. wednesday-saturday=mom. If your parents aren't moving ultra far away, then you should see if you could do something like that.
