Hey, I wanna spike up my hair, like massive ass spikes like chris dakota and sam llansing style.

like the way you didnt want it.
youll probably have to use
a ton of gell, then tease it
the way you want it [like that picture]
with a comb, and hairspray it.
then hairspray it alott more.

It depends on your hair texture, too.
I don't think teasing it will do it because it will come out all undefined and messy.
You might want to try dry wax first.
Then spray it a ton so it stays up.

Backcomb it more!
Spikes like that guy have takes a long time to fix. Backcomb, spray spray wax (or use regular wax. gel sucks big time) all over it, backcomb again, use hair spray, backcomb more, and more and more.
You'll end up with a massive piece of hair in the back, but don't worry. To make it spikey, spray a layer of hairspray all over and make the spikes by straightening the tips. Straighten your hair after you have put hairspray in it will make it super hard.
Good luck!

aww your super cute, but those spikes takes a ton of work and really damge your hair with everything you have to do. HELLOSHiTTY's advice is amazing, so that should work for you!
Edit: If your hair is really soft, you might want to try saltwater spray too make it rougher and easier to tease.
